Services are held each Sunday, normally at 10am and 6:30pm, and sometimes during the week, in our church building in The Key, the village square at Elvetham Heath. Also, on most Sunday evenings at about 7:45pm, “Immerse!” provides an opportunity to experience & enter into the presence of God through Worship Music New faces are always welcome.

Summer Church

During the school summer holidays, our normal pattern of services is changed. Each Sunday there will be:

  • 10am – Summer Church
    • All ages meet together for a short period of worship, followed by splitting into groups, each of which does a different activity. We then join back together for the closing activities.
  • 6:30pm – Reflective Prayer

Midweek services

We hold a range of midweek services and fellowship events which cater for people of all ages. They include:

•Rhythm of Prayer

A regular pattern of prayer meetings where we intentionally set aside time in our day to spend time with God, dwell in His presence, be encouraged by His word and pray.

•’It’s not OK’ – Prayer for current Affairs:

An Opportunity on the third Sunday of each month at 4.00pm join with others to pray about the news items that touch our hearts.

• Thursday Holy Communion:
A break from shopping… a quiet service with time for God in the middle of the week… a chance to reflect on what Jesus has done for us… all this and more. At 10:30am on the third Thursday each month, the Church on the Heath holds a service of Holy Communion

All are welcome.

Major Christian festivals

It’s great to worship together throughout the year, but the major Christian festivals provide a special time when we come together as a church family to remember and celebrate. Festivals include:

Easter… when we remember how Jesus died for us on the cross, but rose again on Easter Day.

Pentecost… when we celebrate the Holy Spirit bringing life to the church.

Harvest… when we thank God for his goodness in providing the resources which sustain our lives.

Christmas… when we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Look out nearer the time for details of this year’s programme which is likely to include a carol service, a Christingle service, a crib service and a Christmas Day family service.
